In the second round of the Triple Crown, horse racing fans anticipated the outcome of the 132nd Preakness Stakes. Held at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, Maryland the horses sped around the 1 3/16 mile course. Today, Curlin, a three-year old thoroughbred, proved to be the fastest horse and the winning horse of the 2007 Preakness Stakes. Jocky Robby Albarado and Curlin overtook Kentucky Derby winner, Street Sense on the last stride. Curlin won by a head, the shortest margin of victory in Preakness history.
