-CHIO means about 400 horses, 160 Riders and Drivers from more than 20 nations

-In May 2006, 225.000 spectators attended the CHIO Aachen (in 2006, the tournament's sports and side events-programme was shortened due to the FEI World Equestrian Games Aachen 2006 in summer; CHIO 2005: 336,300 visitors; 2004: 315.000)

-Three General Sponsors: ROLEX, Mercedes-Benz, Warsteiner

-About 900 volunteers during the tournament's week

-About 470 accredited journalists

-TV Coverage 2005: Nationally: 29 hours (ARD and WDR), thereof 20 hours live; Internationally: more than 340 hours in more than 130 countries
