AMICI BRENTWOOD EQUESTRIAN AID FOUNDATION BENEFIT DINNER RAISES $50,000 FOR EQUESTRIANS IN NEED
( January 5, 2006 , Brentwood, California) On November 10th, Amici Brentwood graciously opened its doors and hearts to host the second annual Amici Brentwood fundraiser for the Equestrian Aid Foundation. Over 85 guests from the equestrian world, fashion, film, professional sports and TV gathered together for a night filled with good friends and good food for a great cause.
Hosts, Mary Ann Weisberg Perry, Carol Rosenstein and Katie Polk hosted this amazing event. Their tremendous effort to create awareness about the organization truly paid off in the attendance rate and results of the funds raised, as well as donations of raffle items from generous
donors such as artist, Melissa Kahout, Creative Saddlery, Inc., Chrome Hearts Family, American Idol Productions, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue.
Celebrity auctioneer, A. Martinez (known for his work in CSI, General Hospital and LA Law) helped make the night exciting with his talent and charm by auctioning off such items as six tickets to the Bill Board Awards and American Idol to the highest bidders. His ability to work
the room and the generosity of the attendees brought in close to $50,000 to help the cause.
