Portrait Artist Sharon Lynn Campbell Captures Priceless Memories One Client at a Time

Wellington, FL – February 26th, 2006 –When Jessie Pasmore of Pasmore Stables, LLC wanted a portrait that would illustrate her children and her horses, she knew just who to call none other than portrait artist Sharon Lynn Campbell.

Campbell is best known for her beautiful oil paintings featuring horses, pets and their owners. Campbell has been commissioned by many well known equestrians to convey the expressions and emotions often involved in equestrian world in order to create memoirs that last a lifetime. Campbell prides herself on being able to depict the personality of people and horses so that clients can look at the picture and experience the moment as if it was happening right then.

“She was just so easy to work with. The portrait of Catherine with her ponies captured a moment in her life that was so precious, especially since kids grow so fast and often grow out of their ponies,” said Jessie Pasmore, Catherine’s mom and owner of Pasmore Stables, LLC. “We never could get her ponies to stand quietly for the photo, so Sharon took her time photographing each pony at the farm and really paid attention to the details to paint each one specifically. She also did a portrait of my son, which is just amazing. Both paintings are priceless memoirs that will last a lifetime.”

Campbell is now a fulltime portrait artist whose work can be seen in private galleries, schools, businesses, and on numerous magazine and program covers. Sharon’s work is frequently highlighted in the The Chronicle of the Horse. Campbell has been a cover artist for the Winter Equestrian Festival in 2003, Middleburg Classic Horse Show from 2003-2005, and was featured in 2006 in the HITS Indio Desert Circuit program. This year she is the official artist for the USEF 2006 Pony Finals, held in Lexington, Kentucky.

Campbell specializes in private portraits by commission. Some of her other clients have been Debbie Stephens of Centennial Farms, Caroline Moran, Channing Thomas, Cindy and Annie Wise, Ellen Toon, and Kate Goodman. She is available for consultation at your home, farm, and at many horseshows. Her consultation begins by getting to know her clients in which to convey the true personality of the horses, owners and their pets. Her work is also featured as stationary, cards, and posters. Campbell is also known for her impeccable customer service in which she hand delivers your portrait to your home which she says adds her signature “personal touch”.
