Wellington, Fl – May 10 – Two important show jumping audio interviews have just been posted at the popular equestrian subscription website, Towerheads.com. Columnist Ken Kraus talked with U.S. Show Jumping Chef d’Equipe George Morris and rising star Georgina Bloomberg following the United States’ victory in Round One of the Samsung Super League at La Baule, France.
George Morris spoke of the importance of this major victory, assessed each team members role, talked about the future of American show jumping and more:
“…This was very important for us, because I think the American people, not just the horse community, have come away from many recent events really, really discouraged. I think this is a great shot in the arm and I hope people will get on the bandwagon now and really go forward and own horses and support horses and try and help us as much as they can…” George Morris
Georgina Bloomberg, in her first ever Samsung Super League appearance, talked about team work and how important her veteran teammates were to her, how her participation on the USET Developing Riders Tour prepared her for La Baule and much, much more:
”…I talked with George before the event and we talked about the importance of the team but how important it is for each rider to have their own little team within the team and how those teams need to come together to form the one big team. And that was so important…” Georgina Bloomberg
