Bloodhorse.com “Morning Line” Takes You Behind the Scenes at the Kentucky Derby

Lexington, KY — Beginning Monday, May 1, and running daily through Derby Day, Saturday, May 6, bloodhorse.com introduces Morning Line, a new feature designed to bring the horses, people, and places of Thoroughbred racing closer to racing enthusiasts. bloodhorse.com is launching the new feature with a behind-the-scenes journal of Derby Week written by Evan Hammonds, managing editor of The Blood-Horse magazine. New journal entries will be posted each morning, and updates provided throughout the day.
“This engaging new feature will add something different and distinct to our comprehensive online coverage of Thoroughbred racing's biggest events,” noted bloodhorse.com editorial director Ray Paulick. “We all know there's a lot more going on at these gatherings than conventional coverage has been able to bring to readers in the past. With Morning Line, our readers will experience much more of the flavor and color than ever before.”
Future plans call for similar coverage from the Preakness and Belmont as the Triple Crown story unfolds, as well as from Saratoga, select Thoroughbred sale sites, and the Breeders' Cup World Championships—among others.
