bluhammock music “blu” Party Sets the Party Standard

Wellington, FL – February 19, 2007 – The “blu” party hosted by bluhammock music at the Equestrian Club at Tavern on the Green turned the venue into a blue-hued bash as revelers partied well into the night.

Attendees were greeted with red carpet service and entered to the sounds of a DJ, and more than 500 guests filled the club to capacity, with standing room only. Produced by Bertrand de Soultrait, the “blu” party topped all other social events of the season and set the bar sky high with blue décor, swanky furnishings, food, specialty drinks and more.

Guests donned all varieties of blue attire, from jeans to cocktail dresses. Fresh blueberry puree mixed with rum made blu-berry cocktails that were passed, and partiers could sample a caipirinha bar with Leblon, which is a special cachaça rum. In addition to regular bar services, a local Jupiter vineyard brought wines to try, and partygoers had the ultimate array of tastes. Between passed hors d’oeuvres, a crepe maker and a fresh seafood buffet, all appetites were satiated.

The highlight of the evening was a performance by bluhammock’s own Virginia Coalition, who rocked the stage for about an hour. The band’s live show is a larger-than-life party that has helped the band garner a rabid fan base who affectionately calls them “VACO.” It was also Virginia Coalition’s extraordinary live show that got them signed to bluhammock music.

Guests included: Jaylaan Llewellyn, Nichelle Sanders, Christina Rice, McLain Ward, Rodrigo Pessoa, Alexa Weeks, Steve Williams, GiGi Stetler, Nona Garson, Bertrand and Arthur de Soultrait, Danielle and Jimmy Torano, Jeffery Welles, Gareth Gair, Ken and Emily Smith, Richard Schechter, Brian Lookabill, Cappy Peterson, Michael Meller, Jenny Oz Leroy, Georgina Bloomberg and Bobby Murphy.
