bluhammock music presents The blu Party at the Equestrian Club by Tavern on the Green, Sunday, February 17th

Wellington, FL - January 23, 2008 - bluhammock music is pleased to announce The blu Party, which will take place on Sunday, Feb. 17, at 8 p.m. at the Equestrian Club by Tavern on the Green in Wellington, FL. As the premiere event during the CN Winter Equestrian Festival 2008, the party will feature a performance by a bluhammock recording artist, as well as sets by DJ Beverly Bond. Proceeds will benefit The United States Equestrian Team Foundation and the John T. Petters Foundation.

bluhammock music holds two blu Parties annually at the equestrian festivals in Wellington, FL and the Hamptons, NY. Founded by an avid equestrian, bluhammock music has signed a roster of popular and acclaimed talent including Cary Brothers, Virginia Coalition, Kristoffer Ragnstam and South, among several others. bluhammock music is also sister company to bluhorse, a new activewear line inspired by the equestrian lifestyle.

Alongside bluhammock music, official sponsors of the event include Polaroid, The Balvenie Single Malt Scotch, Peroni and Tavern on the Green. Tickets are $100 in advance, available at the bluhorse booth at the Winter Equestrian Festival or by contacting rsvp@bluhammock.com or call Bob Reyers at 215-688-2180.

The co-chairs of the event are Jane Forbes Clark, President and CEO of the USET Foundation and Jennifer Petters of the John T. Petters Foundation. The benefit committee includes Wellington equestrians Georgina Bloomberg, Jenny Oz Leroy, Bertrand de Soultrait, Joli Burrell, Jen Drahan, Sophie Nippon, Romaine Marteau, Juliana Starbuck, and Heather Hays.

The United States Equestrian Team Foundation supports equestrian athletes, promotes international excellence, and builds for the future of equestrian sports. Established as a not-for-profit organization, the USET Foundation's role is to help provide funding for the High Performance competition, training, coaching, travel and educational needs of America's elite and developing athletes and horses in partnership with the United States Equestrian Federation.
