The Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA) is moving to the Kentucky Horse Park in Lexington at the end of January and is looking to hire an Executive Director in its new location.
The chosen applicant will have a proven track record of leadership, organizational development and fundraising. This position reports to the President and Personnel Committee, and is responsible for the organization's consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives. He/she will develop the Organizational Plan, oversee all fiscal activities, and work
closely with the Board of Directors and staff to implement the policies, plans, and programs of CHA.
