There's Something for Everyone at the Fairfield County Hunt Club June Benefit Horse Show

WESTPORT, CT - June 11, 2007 - The upcoming Fairfield County Hunt Club June Benefit Horse Show, June 26-30, 2007 on the grounds of the Fairfield County Hunt Club in Westport, Connecticut, is filled with activities for the entire community to enjoy. The show is open to the public with no admission fees. As always, world class riders and Olympic hopefuls will be part of the competition, where more than 750 riders have already signed up to compete in 200 classes over the five days of the show.

Horse shows offer as much for spectators as the equestrians vying for the top honors, and the Fairfield show is no exception. New this year is the Paddock Boutique - allowing spectators and exhibitors to take a break from the action and "Shop Til You Drop", browse through the shops - pick up a frappuccino and some gourmet chocolates and gather with friends at a table under the Hospitality Tent to watch the equestrians compete. Supporting the launch of this exciting show addition are Catch All Personalized Gifts, Cocoa Michelle, Etcetera, Lollipop Guild, Fiona Mittag & M & F Antique Prints, Rawlings Antiques, Reflections Photography, Snappy Gator, Wild Horses Ltd., and Winged Monkey Horse show vendors also participating include Agriventures Agway, Beval Saddlery and Chestnut Hill Saddlery.

The EQUUS Foundation will also operate a boutique throughout the week and a silent auction at its Saturday luncheon. Among the wonderful items: "Buddies," priceless original art donated by local artist, A. Van H. Bernhard plus gift certificates to such local restaurants as Gates Restaurant in New Canaan and River House Restaurant in Westport; photographers, Ben Larrabee, Reflections Photography and Alison Wachstein; gifts for home entertaining from Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Greens Farms Spirit Shop, Newman's Own; gifts for your house and garden from J.
