Event: Fidelity Investments Jumper Classic - September 6-10, 2006

What: Now in its seventeenth year, The Jumper Classic is the only AGA sanctioned Grand Prix to take place in New England. The show caters exclusively to jumper riders offering a chance to compete for over $200,000 prize money culminating with the $75,000 Fidelity Investments AGA Grand Prix on Sunday, September, 10th.

$7,500 Mohegan Sun Speed Stake, Sunday, September 10th

$4,500 Masters Division Sponsored by The World, held on Thursday, September 7- Saturday, September 9th

General Information:

The Fidelity Investments Jumper Classic has become the premier equestrian and social event on the North Shore of Boston. It hosts some of the most successful equestrians in the world, including past Olympians. Riders with high hopes for the future have the opportunity to compete in the many amateur divisions offered throughout the week. The Masters Division makes The Fidelity Investments Jumper Classic a destination show for riders of all ages, from all over the country. The social scene is always a favorite at this unique venue. This year the featured VIP Party will be sponsored by Boston Common Magazine with over five hundred attendees expected at Endicott College’s breathtaking Misselwood venue in Beverly, MA.

An added feature for 2006 will be “Family Day” on September 9th. It will host a number of events sure to entertain children of all ages. They will be able to get their faces painted, visit with the Polar Beverage Bear and receive free Polar beverages, while the famous clown demonstrates some of his juggling. They will enjoy free pony rides, and enter in a cupcake decorating contest sponsored by EuroStoves, all while watching some of the country’s top horses and riders compete. Children under 13 will be free on this day; all other children will be $15.

Several Charity Luncheons are scheduled for Saturday, September 9th. Money raised will benefit Lovelane Farm Therapeutic Riding Center based in Lincoln, MA, and The Children’s Equitation Center, based in Ashfield, MA. Hours: 10:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. daily

General Admission:

Free to the public: Wednesday through Friday

Saturday: $20.00 for adults and $15.00 for children over 13 and children under 13 are free.

Sunday: $25.00 for adults and $15.00 for children under 6 are free.

NEW Grandstand Seating:

Saturday and Sunday: $10.00 extra per seat for adults and $5.00 for children. Tickets may only be purchased online and will not be available to purchase during the event.

VIP Seating:

Champagne Brunch is served on Sunday during the Speed Stake and Grand Prix. Price includes open bar, ringside seating, and VIP Parking pass.

Individual VIP Tickets for the week: $150.00 per person if bought online before August 5th. Each ticket holder is entered to win a Grand Prix Course Walk with Olympic Gold Medalist Chris Kappler.

VIP Tables (seats 10): $1,450.00 includes listing in program book if purchased by August 5, 2006!

Coldwell Banker Previews Field is located adjacent to the Myopia Hunt Club of Route 1A in Hamilton, Massachusetts. It is accessible via I95 and Route 128.
