International Gaming Giant Atari is Sponsoring Harvest Fest 2008 to Benefit Riders with Disabilities

WEST PALM BEACH, FL – September 26, 2008
Vinceremos Therapeutic Riding Center has secured international gaming giant Atari as one of the prize sponsors for children who raise pledges and join in the trick or treat trail ride that will be setup in an arena for their annual family day fundraiser. Atari, in collaboration with the FEI (Fédération Equestre Internationale), published the equestrian themed game, “My Horse & Me.” Loxahatchee based Vinceremos, nestled against the international equestrian community of Wellington, invites locals out to “Harvest Fest 2008.” This will be an adventure filled day of horse demonstrations, Breyer horse show and costume contest, face painting, games, crafts and more! People may bring their own horses, or Vinceremos horses and ponies will be available for the trick or treat ride for pledges and donations.
Thanks to the generous support of the community and sponsors, Vinceremos is able to provide hippotherapy and other therapeutic riding services to over 350 individuals from children to adults with physical and mental disabilities of all kinds.

Vinceremos, a 501c3 nonprofit, has added a new program “Horses for Heroes” that assists wounded military Veterans and their families as well. Additional support is provided by the Outback Steakhouse of Royal Palm Beach who will serve lunch. “Harvest Fest 2008” will be held Saturday, October 4, 2008 from 11:30 A.M. to 5 P.M. at the Jim Brandon Equestrian Center, South Okeeheelee Park (the south side of Forest Hill Boulevard).
