HEART 'Sock Hop' Just One Week Away!

Wellington, FL - February 13, 2008 - The third annual fundraiser benefiting the Humane Equine Aid and Rapid Transport (HEART) ambulance is just two days away. Buy your tickets now so you don't miss out on this great event that supports a fabulous cause that is near and dear to all equestrians.
To purchase tickets or sponsorships, please contact Trisha Zorn at 540-948-3007 or Phelps Media Group at 561-753-3389. Tickets will be available for purchase at the door.
The event will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 15, at Acorn Hill South, which is located in Grand Prix Village in Wellington, FL, and is hosted by the Sweely family. The evening, which has a 50s Sock Hop theme, will feature live music by City Lights, cocktails, food by Outback Steakhouse of Royal Palm Beach and raffles with incredible prizes.
Several generous sponsors have donated services to HEART to ensure the success of the evening. The sponsors are: Outback Steakhouse, Murray Kessler, Chateau Ste. Michelle, United States Equestrian Team Foundation and Sweely Holdings. "Pony" level sponsors are: Split Rock Farm and Bombardier FlexJet. Beth Johnson is a sponsor at the "Swing" level. "Twist" sponsors are: R. Bruce Duchossois and H n' D Stables, Jane F. Clark, and David Lubben and Nancy Kwam.
HEART is a nonprofit organization that services horse shows and the equestrian community with an equine ambulance in case of an emergency or accident. Its services are completely free, and the ambulance travels to many of the major horse shows and circuits around the country.
