Hoof Power Now Available in Single-Serve Packets
Equestrian News Release
(Rocklin, CA, January, 29, 2007) Hoof Power, the popular hoof supplement recommended by veterinarians and farriers alike, is now available in convenient single-serve packets. This new packaging option makes it easier than ever for horse owners to provide all the key vitamins and minerals necessary for healthy hoof growth.
Boxes contain 58 single-serve six-ounce packets, a 58-day supply. Simply tear open the packet, and sprinkle over your horse's feed. There's no measuring involved and no chance of giving too much or too little. Hoof Power's latest packaging makes it ideal for horse owners who travel with their horses and for those in boarding situations where someone else handles the feeding.
"Providing the highest level of customer service and quality in our products is our goal in all that we do," says Remco Vanderlinden, president of Delta Horse Shoe Company, Inc. "I believe that by offering Hoof Power in single-serve packets, we have reached our goal."
Delta Hoof Care, a division of Delta Horseshoe Company, Inc., announced the launch of the new packaging at the Hoof Care Summit in Cincinnati on January 29. Delta is manufacturing its own single-serve portions of Hoof Power without involving a third party.
"We've chosen to do this ourselves because it was important to have control from beginning to end," explains Richelle Hochstatter of Delta Hoof Care. "This way we can ensure that product quality is never compromised in any way. Our farrier and veterinary dealers rely on us to keep their reputations intact by providing a consistent quality product. If we jeopardize that, we jeopardize our own reputations."
Horse owners buying the single-serve box are assured that they're getting the same premium quality Hoof Power that is also sold in the 22-pound (58-day supply) and 40-pound (106-day supply) buckets.
On the market since 1999, Hoof Power is a pelleted, multi-nutrient hoof supplement containing generous amounts of high-grade biotin, methionine and ten other essential ingredients for healthy hooves, including often overlooked zinc and copper. In addition to hoof improvement, most horses on the supplement also exhibit other positive results, such as a shinier coat, and longer, thicker mane and tail. While it takes an average of one year to completely grow a new hoof, you can expect to see obvious benefits in the coat and hair in about two months.
Delta Hoof Care and Hoof Power are proud sponsors of the national HITS hunter/jumper show circuit.
