Fourth Annual Intercontinental Sport Horse Auction Only Two Days Away

Wellington, FL – February 22, 2007 – Interested buyers viewed last night the many horses that Nona Garson will offer for sale on Friday, Feb. 23, at the Intercontinental Sport Horse Auction at The Ridge.
A large crowd turned out to see the mounts, which range in age, size, price, breed and ability. In addition, there are a variety of hunter, jumper, dressage and equitation horses to suit any discipline. However, the horses are still available for trial until the time of the auction, which is set to begin at 5 p.m. on Friday.
To bid on or purchase a horse, it is necessary to register with the auction office. Bidders must complete a bidder registration form (available at http://www.interconsporthorse.com) and must be prepared to provide a bank letter of reference. The bidder registration form can be submitted via fax, 561-791-1543, or in person at auction site.
Garson encourages all interested buyers to make an appointment to see or ride any of the horses. In addition, each horse has had a complete veterinary pre-purchase exam by USEF veterinarian Dr. Brendan Furlong, and the x-rays and results are available to buyers before the auction.
There are more than 30 horses for sale, and Garson, a 2000 Olympian veteran, has spent months traveling around the country and Europe handpicking each mount to ensure the quality, value and potential of each horse.
