Jumper Classic Welcomes New Sponsors to 20th Anniversary Show

Hampton Falls, New Hampshire, June 30, 2009 -- The Jumper Classic is pleased to welcome several new sponsors for the 20th annual show jumping event to be held September 2-6, 2009 at the Silver Oak Equestrian Center in Hampton Falls, New Hampshire.

"We're delighted to welcome, for the first time, some of the most well-known names in the sport of show jumping to the Jumper Classic. It goes without saying that the support of these sponsors helps promote this elite level of equestrian competition and makes it possible for us to continue the tradition of bringing the top riders to the New England area for this exciting spectator event," said Jumper Classic President Melissa Lovasco. "Our sponsors promote their products and services to an enthusiastic audience at our show."

The Jumper Classic, with more than 40 classes and $200,000 in prize money, and culminating in the $75,000 Fidelity Investments Grand Prix, has added the following new sponsors this spring.

Brook Ledge Horse Transportation, sponsoring the Derby Bank, a unique natural obstacle on the derby course, is known in the horse community for providing quiet, comfortable rides for its equine passengers throughout the U.S. and Canada. The company has earned the Department of Transportation's highest rating, and has increased its sponsorships this year.

"As our sponsorship involvement has grown, our show horse customer base is growing exponentially. Our support of shows on every level signifies our commitment to the entire equine community. We look towards our participating sponsorship of the Jumper Classic as an opportunity to forge many new mutually rewarding relationships," said Curt Lange.

Best Western Wynwood Hotel & Suites of Portsmouth, New Hampshire has signed on as the Official Rider Hotel. The hotel with its comfortable accommodations is located a short distance from this Seaside City or Portsmouth and just minutes from Hampton Falls. All rooms have a microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron/board and high-speed internet. Access to an indoor pool with whirlpool, guest laundry facilities and complimentary continental breakfast will be welcomed by the most active competitors with little time to spare. Riders will enjoy a break from the show by visiting some of the downtown restaurants and sites nearby.

Oakcroft, Inc., has joined the team of new sponsors as the Official Tack Truck, known for its finely crafted, customized stable trunks and accessories, will exhibit its special line of wooden trunks appointed with brass and inlays, and durable vinyl trunks boldly emblazoned with logos and stable colors. Located among the rolling hills and orchards of West Michigan, Oakcroft continues a third generation family tradition of fine wood craftsmanship. The Oakcroft team includes experienced equestrians who advise in the design of all Oakcroft products.
