Karen Healey Stables Takes Top Two Spots in WCE Junior/Amateur Medal Finals

Burbank, CA - November 20, 2007 - The L.A. National Horse Show is the final competition on the calendar this year for Karen Healey Stables, and they finished the season with huge success. Tina DiLandri of La Jolla, CA, won the WCE Junior/Amateur Medal Finals, and Elizabeth Dickinson of Los Angeles was second.

DiLandri rode RSVP to the win in the WCE finals after they led through two rounds of competition. On her jumper, Chanel 292, DiLandri was named the winner of the Western Conference of the Show Jumping Hall of Fame Junior Jumper standings. DiLandri also finished third in the Equitation 15-17 Championship class after she won both rounds.

Dickinson piloted The Graduate to second place in the competitive WCE finals, which had over 50 entries. Dickinson was also champion of the Marshall and Sterling Adult Medal Regional Finals after she won both rounds.

Lindsay Ramar and her horse Puma, who are co-trained by Nina Herrera, won the Western Conference Standings of the Show Jumping Hall of Fame Amateur-Owner Jumper division.

Also in the WCE Medal Finals, Hannah Selleck of Thousand Oaks finished eighth on Carlo Carlando and Navona Gallegos of Santa Fe, NM, was tenth with Kendjira. Selleck rode Bella, owned by Descanso Farm, to the reserve championship in the Large Junior 16-17 Hunters. Bella showed with Laura Ware in Sunday's classes.

Demi Stiegler, co-trained by Robin Stiegler, won the Marshall and Sterling Children's Medal Regional Finals on Vigo. She finished seventh in the Equitation 14 & Under Championship. On her jumper CeCe Capone, Stiegler was seventh in the Marshall and Sterling Children's Jumper Classic. They also picked up two fifth place ribbons.

Jocelyn Neff and Cavello finished fourth in the Marshall and Sterling Junior Medal Regional Finals and were second in the CPHA Junior Medal class.

Assistant trainer Kasey Ament rode Mambo for owner Carol Bird to first and second places in the 1.30m Jumpers.
