LipSync Contest First Kids/Junior Charity Event PBIEC Special Events Pavilion Friday Night, Feb. 13

A lipsync contest is the first kids/junior charity event and will be held in the Special Events tent at the Palm Beach International Equestrian Center from 6 to 10 PM on Friday night, Feb. 13.
Contestants will be divided into age groups: 7 and under, 8-11, 12-15 and 16-18 for individual and group acts. Entrants are reminded to bring their musica CD.

There will also be a "Battle of the Barns" to include contestants of all ages.
The winning barn will receive a golf cart from Dever for the rest of the season with the legend "Winner of Battle of the Barns" emblazoned on it.
Non singers and lipsyncers are urged to come and watch the show, have dinner and dance to DJ music.
Guest trainers will judge the contest.
Tickets are $15 for kids under, $25 for adults.
There will be a cash bar.
Half the proceeds from the event will go to Danny and Ron's Rescue and some of their dogs who need homes will be present.
(A Valentine's Day present?)
The other 50 percent of proceeds will be divided amoing the four winners' charities of choice.
Each competitor are asked to get sponsors for their act of at least $25 donation. The kids and juniors are very excited to stage their
own fundraiser and are working hard to make it a success.
