New Wellington International Equestrian Arena to Be World-Class Equestrian Facility

Stadium Jumping Inc. Submits Permit for New Show Ground

WELLINGTON, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 17, 2007 -- Stadium Jumping Inc. announced today that it has submitted its application for permits with the Village of Wellington for its new world-class showgrounds. The Wellington International Equestrian Arena, the new site of Stadium Jumping and its shows, will include one of the most significant equestrian arenas and equestrian facilities in North America.

The company announced that there are two components to the application, a Development Order Amendment (DOA) and a Master Plan Amendment (MPA) to the Preserve section of the Orange Point PUD. This application was filed today with the Village of Wellington. The application was submitted by Everglades Equestrian Partners, LLC, the real estate control entity established by Stadium Jumping and its Board of Directors to enter into the transaction on the Wellington Preserve property.

"This is an important and historical step for Stadium Jumping," said Gene Mische, President and CEO of Stadium Jumping. "Over the past few weeks, we have received a tremendous outpouring of support for this project and its benefit to the sport, horse welfare, equestrian competitors and spectators, and the economic impact to Wellington and Palm Beach County. The Wellington International Equestrian Arena is a major step forward in developing the equestrian industry in Wellington."

The United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) is the National Governing Body for equestrian sport as designated by the United States Olympic Committee. The USEF has established the following facility standards for the Wellington horse shows:

-- At least 10 competition rings, including a grass grand prix field of

at least 4 acres, a grass derby field of at least 4 acres and an all-

weather hunter ring of comparable quality to the grand prix field;

-- Not less than 9 separate schooling areas adjacent to the competition

rings and 5 additional exercise rings;

-- A secure FEI area with stabling and exercise spaces;

-- A designated veterinarian and horse care facility;

-- A food court area, vendor sales area, feed store, maintenance

equipment storage area, adequate spectator seating, public restrooms and

vehicle parking areas;

-- Temporary structures designed to provide reasonably sufficient stall

space, including wash stalls, for all entries until the permanent stalls

are built and;

-- Site work, drainage and utility infrastructure in place and with

approval of all required government agencies.

-- A large covered arena is planned for a future phase to extend the show

season and provide for night classes and attracting different breeds. This

multi-use building will also have the capacity to host small trade shows.

There will be at least 2,200 stalls onsite with supporting facilities such

as wash-stalls and grooming areas. Onsite spectator parking will also be

provided.

-- The size and configuration of this parcel is of particular importance

for safety.

Internationally recognized equestrian designer Robert Jolicoeur is designing a site plan for the Wellington International Equestrian Arena to meet these world-class specifications. Mr. Jolicoeur is President of International Equestrian Design (http://www.iedsopra.com), a firm that specializes in the design and planning of prestigious equestrian facilities. A process is in place that will include the involvement of the equestrian community in the site plan design process.

In addition, the company said it has assembled an outstanding team of experts to work with the surrounding community and governmental agencies with respect to environmental, road and other issues as the application proceeds. The team includes local experts such as O'Dell Land Development Consultants, Simmons & White Engineering, and Higgins Engineering.
