100 Names Drawn for NRCHA Wayne Hodges 4-Star Trailers/Outlaw Conversions Drawdown
Equestrian News Release
National Reined Cow Horse Association members don’t have to gamble at the numerous casinos, or even compete in the arena at the 2008 NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity, held September 21-October 5 in Reno, Nevada, to have a chance to win big.
They simply had to compete in an NRCHA approved event from September 1, 2007 to August 30, 2008. Each time a horse was entered, its owner and rider earned a chance to win in the NRCHA Wayne Hodges 4-Star Trailers/Outlaw Conversions Drawdown.
On September 21, 100 names were drawn from the thousands in the hopper, and the lucky 100 were recognized during a set break. Each day, from September 22 – October 4, seven names will be drawn out, and crossed off the Drawdown Board on the concourse of the Reno Livestock Events Center.
On Open Finals Day, nine days will remain in the hopper. One-by-one, the remaining names are drawn out. The person whose name is not drawn out will win a 2008 3-Horse Gooseneck from Wayne Hodges 4-Star Trailers/Outlaw Conversions – the official trailer of the NRCHA.
If your name wasn’t drawn for the Drawdown – there’s still a chance to win a 2008 2-Horse Wayne Hodges 4-Star Gooseneck. Simply purchase a trailer raffle ticket for $10, and your name could be drawn October 5.
The National Reined Cow Horse Association, the governing body of cow horse competition, is responsible for promoting the sport, insuring high standards of competition and educating members and the public about the history and tradition of the cow horse. Through the support of a Corporate Partner family that includes Adequan®, Wayne Hodges 4-Star Trailers and Outlaw Conversions, Bob's Custom Saddles, Cinch, Inc., Classic Equine, Gist Silversmiths, MD Barns, Platinum Performance, Inc., Nutrena, Quarter Horse News & Performance Horse magazine, the Peppermill Hotel/Resort, Fort Dodge West Nile Innovator, Rios of Mercedes, Merial products ULCERGARD and EQUIOXX, Great American Insurance Company and the Silver Legacy Hotel, the association works to keep the vaquero tradition alive in today’s equine industry.
