Inaugural U.S. Open Grand Gala to Honor Patrons and Benefit the PTF

In a season of elegant parties, only a few stand out. One of them will surely be the U.S. Open Grand Gala to benefit the Polo Training Foundation (PTF) on Thursday, April 5 at the Grand Marquee at International Polo Club.
The U.S. Open Grand Gala will honor the team patrons who are playing in this year’s Stanford U.S. Open Championships.
Patricia and Peter Yunghanns are the Co-Chairmen and Tommy Lee and Dawn Jones are the Honorary Co-Chairmen.
Committee members include Chrys and Kelly Beal, Scott and Teri Devon, Christie and Tim Gannon, Marc and Melissa Ganzi, Skey and Gil Johnston, Skeeter and Leslie Johnston, Robert and Brenda Nestor-Castellano and James Zenni Jr.
Tables of 10 are available beginning at $5,000 for the black-tie gala, which include dinner, an open bar, and dancing to the band “Euphoria” as well as a silent auction and a live auction. To make reservations, please call the PTF at 1-888-783-7656 (PTF-POLO).
The PTF, a not-for-profit organization, was founded in 1967 to provide training and education for players and umpires with an emphasis on encouraging young players to participate in the sport. The PTF sponsors extensive programs for junior programs, interscholastic and intercollegiate players and provides development programs that support the sport at all levels – from the beginners to international competition, such as the FIP World Championships.
