Agenda Set For Australian Quarter Horse Racing Conference

February 27, 2008 – The agenda has been set for the first Australian Quarter Horse Racing Industry Conference, to be held March 27-28 at Glenormiston College near Terang, Victoria.
Presented by the Victoria Racing Quarter Horse Association, the conference agenda will include the following topics – an overview of Quarter Horse racing in the United States, the future of the sport in Australia, the business of the breeding industry, and seminars on nutrition and training techniques.
Representatives of AQHA, including executive director of racing Trey Buck, will be in attendance.
“This is the most significant event to occur in the Australian Quarter Horse racing industry in the past 30 years,” VRQHA president Allan Murnane said. “Here we draw the line and say that together, we will build a future that is sustainable and dynamic.”
