Rhonda Gailey appointed Resident Facility Manager for The Oaks’ Equestrian Facility

(Charlottesville, VA – January 14, 2009)−Equestrian Management, LLC, the management affiliate of Equestrian Services, LLC, the company setting the standards for the planning, design, delivery and management of equestrian amenities worldwide, is pleased to announce that Rhonda Gailey has joined the O’Connor Signature Team as Resident Facility Manager for The Oaks Equestrian Center in Lake City, Florida.

The Oaks is a new ruralism residential community and is home to The Oaks Equestrian Center, the world’s first exclusively-branded O’Connor Signature equestrian facility. Associated with renowned equestrian Olympians Karen and David O’Connor, the community, which combines the best of rural living with the best of suburban living, features a 33-stall custom barn, a David O’Connor designed cross-country course, and other equestrian amenities.

Gailey brings diversified equestrian experience to The Oaks as well as more than 14 years of professional business and management expertise, including developing relationships with national builder organizations and producing high-volume sales for residential master-planned communities throughout the Southeast.

“I am passionate about horses and the world of riding,” said Gailey. “I believe the Oaks Equestrian Center is one of the most all-inclusive equestrian centers, both for the rider and the horse. It will be a place I can assist riders of all ages and levels in accomplishing their equestrian goals. The rural community atmosphere offers riders a place to enjoy time with their horses while my staff and I will ensure that all activities are done in a safe environment.”

Gailey, an avid rider, competitor and horsewoman, is an active member of the United States Equestrian Federation (USEF), The United Dressage Federation, the United States Evening Association (USEA), the Area III Adult Rider program and the United States Pony Club. For more than eight years, Gailey has been riding and competing in Dressage, Show Jumping and three-Day Eventing. In 2003, she designed and built her own farm, which she is manages daily while teaching, training, and buying and selling horses. Gailey has been trained by and ridden with many advanced and Olympic riders including David and Karen O’Connor, Imtiaz Anees, Ralph Hill and Denny Emerson.

Prior to joining the O’Connor Signature Team, Gailey was the owner and managing broker of Gramm & Associates, Inc. Gramm & Associates, Inc, a full service real estate and marketing firm based out of McDonough, Georgia, specialized in planned new home communities. She managed a real estate team of over 180 agents, 46 new home communities and 24 staff. She was also the owner and trainer of Peachstone Shoals Farm that trained and competed three-day event horses in her free time.

Equestrian Management, a division of Equestrian Services, develops the program elements and provides management and staffing of equestrian facilities. All Signature-branded equestrian amenities include Equestrian Management’s highest level of services.
