Construction Underway at Saddle Ridge, Home-Site Packages Now Available for Purchase

Sebring, FL - February 26, 2008 - Saddle Ridge, an all-natural equestrian community near the Florida town of Sebring, is pleased to announce that construction is currently underway at the new development. The professionally planned, eco-friendly facility will be a deed-restricted development that allows horses and horse lovers to coexist harmoniously with nature.

Merging an equestrian lifestyle with green, environmentally conscious living, Saddle Ridge is truly Florida's best kept secret. The community is composed of 1,200 acres, and only 96 parcels are available for purchase. The layout has been designed to preserve the natural state of the land and ensure privacy for its residents.

"We are making a lot of progress with the construction at Saddle Ridge," commented Janie Coffey, a marketing agent for the development. "The model home is officially up, and we are planning the next one. The infrastructure is ahead of schedule, and we are already planning our Grand Opening Event for May."

"Additionally, we are preparing to build the barn for the first model home, and we are really going far to become a green community," she added. "The response has been overwhelming. Visitors are in disbelief as to how naturally beautiful the site is - especially when they hear how much we are doing to conserve this stunning piece of Old Florida."

Located between Sebring and Lake Placid, FL, Saddle Ridge is the first of its kind in the horse industry with regard to its commitment and sustainability in development practices, land conservation, building methods and horse-keeping.

Saddle Ridge will offer miles of bridle trails, a 20 acre equestrian community center with a covered arena, a dressage arena, a hunter/jumper field, a community barn and acres of pastures and fields. Sebring has many natural lakes providing boating, fishing and many more outdoor activities.

Their Web site, http://www.SaddleRidgeFl.com, is up and running, and Saddle Ridge is pleased to provide new customers with a limited time offer. Saddle Ridge is offering a select number of 10 acre parcels, a 3,000 square foot custom home and a three-stall barn for $690,000. Only 17 packages remain from this special offer, and they are selling quickly.
