Stable Management’s $10,000 Winner of the First Annual Giving Back Contest

Stable Management Magazine – Woodbury, CT., September 10, 2007 - Stable Management magazine and Pfizer Animal Health are excited to announce the winner of the first annual Giving Back Contest, which recognizes the charitable efforts within the equine industry of those who have given back to the community, either locally or globally. Over forty-five entries were submitted from both the U.S and Canada. From this impressive group, one farm was chosen to win $10,000—Triangle H Farm of Edwardsville, IL.

Triangle H Farm is both a Western and English training and boarding facility, owned and operated by Marcy and Jeff Heepke. Marcy Heepke has dedicated herself to giving back to the children in her community by offering free camp programs to kids of soldiers overseas and inviting school groups to come learn about horses. Marcy also hosts charitable events for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and CANTER, an organization that looks after retired Thoroughbreds. Marcy and Triangle H Farm will be awarded $10,000 from the generous sponsorship of Pfizer Animal Health. The award will be split between the farm's charity of choice and Triangle H Farm.
