TOBA to Hold New Owner Seminar in Hallandale Beach, Florida

LEXINGTON, Ky. -- The Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association (TOBA) announced today that it will conduct a New Owner Seminar on Friday, February 22, at the Hampton Inn, directly across from Gulfstream Park, in Hallandale Beach, Florida. The seminar, sponsored by Blood-Horse Publications, will feature discussions on industry business issues, options for acquiring horses including partnerships, auctions and claiming as well as a discussion about veterinary topics. Speakers include Terry Finley, Rollin Baugh and Peter Vegso.
The seminar will begin at 8 a.m. and will include breakfast, lunch and an afternoon of racing at Gulfstream Park.
The registration fee for the New Owner Seminar is $75 for TOBA members and $100 for non-members and includes all support materials, admission to the track and meals.
