U.S. Pan American Games Eventing Squad Named
Equestrian News Release
The United States Equestrian Federation (USEF) Executive Committee has named the following eventing combinations which will represent the United States at the 2007 Pan American Games, July 13-29, 2007 to be held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
• Stephen Bradley, 44, Leesburg, VA
From, 14 year-old Russian Thoroughbred gelding owned by Charlotte Harris
• Mara Dean, 33, Round Hill, VA
Nicki Henley 12 year-old Irish Sport Horse gelding owned by Willow Bend Farm, LLC
• Phillip Dutton, 43, West Grove, PA
Connaught, 14 year-old Irish Sport Horse gelding owned by Bruce Duchossois
• Gina Miles, 33, Creston, CA
McKinlaigh, 13 year-old Irish Sport Horsege, gelding owned by Thomas Schulz and Laura Coats
• Bonnie Mosser, 44, Unionville, PA
Merloch, 10- year-old New Zealand Thoroughbred Cross gelding owned by Bonnie Mosser
• Karen O’Connor, 48, The Plains, VA
Theodore O’Connor, 12 year-old Thoroughbred Cross gelding owned by The Theodore O’Connor Syndicate
Before the First Horse Inspection, four of these combinations will be named to the team and the other two will represent the USA as individuals.
The following combinations have been named as alternates:

Gryffindor, 13 year-old Thoroughbred gelding owned by Kristin Bachman
• Darren Chiacchia, 42, Springville, NY
Better I Do It, 14 year-old Swedish Warmblood gelding owned by Adrienne Iorio
• Phillip Dutton, 43, West Grove, PA
Truluck, 10 year-old Thoroughbred gelding owned by Ann Jones and Shannon Stimson
• Will Faudree, 25, Southern Pines, NC
Antigua, 18 year-old Australian Thoroughbred gelding owned by Will Faudree
• Bonnie Mosser, 44, Unionville, PA
Close The Deal, 13 year-old Dutch Warmblood-Thoroughbred Cross owned by Rebecca Polan
• Karen O’Connor, 48, The Plains, VA
Allstar, 11 year-old Thoroughbred gelding owned by Rebecca Broussard
The horses and riders will train at Stonehall Farm, The Plains, VA, beginning June 24 and enter quarantine in Ocala, FL on July 1. The six horses that will ship to Brazil will leave from Miami, Florida on July 11.
