WeatherTech.com Provides First Year of Sponsorship at the Showplace Spring Spectacular

Wayne, IL - June 18, 2009 - WeatherTech.com was a new addition to the roster of generous sponsors at this year's Showplace Spring Spectacular Horse Shows. The company kindly sponsored the $10,000 Children's/Adult Leading Rider Series award as well as the Marshall & Sterling Children's and Adult Jumper Classics during the Showplace Spring Spectacular I and II.

WeatherTech.com is the online source for MacNeil Automotive Products, a company that designs, engineers and manufactures automotive accessories for cars, trucks, sport utility vehicles, and mini vans. The website provides easy shopping and offers top of the line products customized to fit any vehicle. Products include floor mats and liners, mud flaps, window deflectors, pet barriers, and more. Founder and CEO David MacNeil explained that one of his company's main products is a three-dimensional floor mat that provides the ultimate protection and is perfect for people that are involved with horses.

MacNeil has a special investment in the equestrian sport with his two children, eighteen-year-old son Roderick and fourteen-year-old daughter Devon, who each ride. Because of his children, MacNeil chose to support the sport through his company's sponsorship at the Showplace Spring Spectacular. "The sport does so much for them, so it is only fair that we help out the sport where we can," MacNeil stated. "It is a very professional, well run show. It is very competitive and there are a lot of top riders and top horses there. My children love showing there; it is a world class facility."

"I think that from a business standpoint, theWeatherTech.com sponsorship of the horse shows and the riders is something that we are very proud of," MacNeil smiled. "Also from a personal standpoint, what the sport does for the young people is wonderful."

Pat Boyle of Showplace Production's commented on the addition of WeatherTech.com to this year's sponsors, stating, "We are thrilled to have WeatherTech.com's generous sponsorship and support at our horse shows. They have made a wonderful contribution and we hope that they will continue to be a part of our events in the future."
