Therapeutic Horse Medication Guidelines Available on RMTC Website
The Racing Medication & Testing Consortium (RMTC) has completed a section of its website at rmtcnet.com that enables licensed horsemen to look up guidelines for withdrawal times for approximately 75 therapeutic medications identified by the RMTC Veterinary Advisory Committee.The guidelines are available for 18 states and Canada. Swiss Supreme Court rejects Norwegian Olympic appeal
The Swiss Supreme Court has rejected the appeal filed by Tony Andre Hansen (NOR) against his disqualification from the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. The Supreme Court has ordered Mr Hansen to pay costs of CHF 5,000 and legal fees to the FEI of CHF 6,000.
