KWPN-NA Announces 2008 Keuring Schedule
The KWPN of North America, the Dutch Warmblood Studbook, has announced its 2008 keuring schedule. Visitors are invited to the keuringen to watch foals, mares, geldings and stallions being inspected by KWPN judges from the Netherlands and North America. Excitement runs high as breeders hope their bloodstock earns the coveted premiums or predicates. In addition to the usual inspections, judging seminars will be held for the first time in conjunction with several of the keuringen. These seminars will allow participants to get into the judges' minds to understand how they score conformation, movement, character and jumping technique, among other criteria. Spectators are encouraged (free of charge) to attend a KWPN keuring to learn more about the process. Registration forms for the judging seminars are available from the office. ...
