The Equestrian Land Conservation Resource (ELCR) is very pleased to welcome the Pacific Coast Quarter Horse Association (CA) as a Premier-level Equestrian Partner. Chartered in 1945, the Pacific Coast Quarter Horse Association is the oldest state affiliate of the American Quarter Horse Association. At 1700 members and counting, PCQHA has plenty of reason to want to conserve the land that is necessary to compete, raise foals, grow hay, ride recreationally and more.
