The Equestrian Land Conservation Resource (ELCR) is very pleased to welcome the Pacific Coast Quarter Horse Association (CA) as a Premier-level Equestrian Partner. Chartered in 1945, the Pacific Coast Quarter Horse Association is the oldest state affiliate of the American Quarter Horse Association.
